The PUTRA STEM Innovation Challenge (PSIC) is a competition under Karnival Jom Sains (KJS 2026 ) that provides secondary school students nationwide with the opportunity to design, develop, and present their own innovative STEM projects. Participants are encouraged to identify real-world problems and create practical solutions by applying Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) principles.

The competition aims to nurture creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills while promoting collaboration and independent innovation. Students may participate individually or in teams.

The competition will be held on 15 April 2026, with registration and project submission closing on 23 March 2026 (Monday).

Through this initiative, participants will gain hands-on experience, strengthen their understanding of STEM applications, and build confidence in presenting innovative ideas, ultimately inspiring a generation ready to tackle future challenges.
